Online proctoring at home for the ServSafe Canada Food Handler Exam is now available! Schedule your exam at a time that’s convenient for you, all you need is a computer or laptop and a private location.

This Canadian Level 1 online food safety course and online exam in French meet all Canadian mandatory food safety training requirements in all provinces of Canada. The course is user friendly course and is appropriate for food service supervisors, managers, and employees who must meet their provincial food safety training requirements.

This bundle includes the ServSafe Canada online course and the online ServSafe Canada Exam and online proctoring through ProctorU. The purchase of this bundle also includes administration, processing and a ServSafe® Canada Food Handler Certificate (valid for 5 years) upon successful completion of the exam.

Looking for a Level 2 course? Click here. The English ServSafe Manager Online Course is approved in Quebec at Level 2. A separate proctored exam must be taken to earn the Certificate. For the English and French exams click here. A ServSafe Manager registered proctor is required to take the exam.

Things you should know BEFORE you purchase this product:

This product includes one online course, one online exam with webcam proctoring service.

To use the webcam proctoring service through ProctorU, you must have access to a computer/laptop (PC or Mac). Mobile and tablets are not supported. You must also have a working webcam/mic and a private location. Click here to do a basic system test.

After your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a Canadian Exam Access Code and directions for scheduling your exam through ProctorU.

Proctors will provide directions in English on the day of your scheduled exam..

Failed exams: If you do not pass your exam, you may schedule another exam following our Retesting policy. You must purchase another exam access code.

Important note: If you do not show for your scheduled ProctorU exam session or need to reschedule your exam less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will have to pay a fee before you can reschedule.
